1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Payments

ber88 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits. ber88 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may charge transaction fees.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ber88 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that appears to originate from a third party or that violates anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits made from joint accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts not registered in your name will be returned to the source.

Deposits are typically credited to your ber88 account instantly for GCash and PayMaya, and within 5-15 minutes for bank transfers during business hours. If your deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. ber88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours, that you are not depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, and that you are not using ber88 for money laundering purposes. ber88 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though ber88 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments for security and operational reasons. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and verified by ber88.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If you deposited using multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally to your deposit methods. This policy is required by anti-money laundering regulations and cannot be waived.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

You may only have one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. If you have an active bonus and make a new deposit, the new deposit will not be eligible for bonuses until the current bonus wagering requirements are completed or the bonus is forfeited.

7. Gameplay Rules

8. Prohibited Activities

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ber88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or if we determine that your continued use of the Service poses a risk to ber88 or other users.

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals until the suspension is lifted. ber88 will investigate the reason for suspension and notify you of the outcome. If your account is terminated, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any amounts owed to ber88 or amounts determined to be the result of fraudulent activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you do not withdraw your balance within 30 days of account closure, ber88 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for maintaining inactive account balances.

10. Limitation of Liability

ber88 provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ber88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ber88 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

ber88 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity issues, payment processor failures, game provider technical problems, force majeure events, or actions of third parties. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact ber88 customer support to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ber88's internal processes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. The arbitration will be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be brought in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

ber88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the website or by sending an email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
